These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Exposur, operated by BaaDigi LLC ("BaaDigi," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Exposur, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are using Exposur on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
Exposur is a white-label cybersecurity assessment platform that enables MSPs and IT service providers to run external domain scans, generate AI-powered risk reports, and deliver branded cybersecurity assessments to their clients.
All scans performed by Exposur are passive and external — we only query publicly available information (DNS records, SSL certificates, HTTP headers, public breach databases, etc.). We do not access private systems, require credentials, or install software on scanned domains.
You agree to use Exposur only for lawful purposes. You may not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
Exposur is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance. Monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans renew annually. All payments are processed by Stripe.
Free trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required for the first 7 days. After the trial, a payment method is required to continue using the service.
Taxes: Prices shown exclude applicable taxes. Sales tax or VAT may be added based on your location.
Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will retry automatically. After 14 days of non-payment, your account may be suspended. Data is retained for 30 days post-suspension before deletion.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then.
Refunds: We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial paid subscription if you are not satisfied. After 7 days, refunds are issued at our discretion. Annual plan refunds are prorated for unused months upon request within 30 days of billing.
You own the data you input and the reports you generate. By using Exposur, you grant us a limited license to process that data to provide the service.
Scan results and reports are retained for 12 months. We recommend exporting reports you wish to keep long-term.
We may use anonymized, aggregated scan data to improve our services and publish industry research. No individually identifiable data is included.
Exposur, its branding, software, and platform design are owned by BaaDigi LLC. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or proprietary technology.
White-label reports generated by Exposur are yours to distribute under your brand. Exposur branding is removed per your plan settings.
Exposur is provided "as is." We do not warrant that scan results are complete, error-free, or that they will identify all security vulnerabilities. Cybersecurity assessments are informational tools, not guarantees of security.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BaaDigi's liability for any claim arising from your use of Exposur is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
If you are a consumer located in the EU or EEA, the following additional rights apply to you under applicable EU consumer protection law:
Right of withdrawal (cooling-off period): If you are a consumer (not purchasing for business purposes), you have the right to withdraw from your subscription contract within 14 days of signing up without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@baadigi.com before the 14-day period expires. Note: if you have actively used the service during this period, we may charge a prorated amount for actual use.
Conformity of service: We are required to provide the service as described. If the service does not conform to what was promised, you may be entitled to a remedy under EU Directive 2019/770 on digital content and digital services.
Dispute resolution: EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr for disputes related to online purchases.
Governing law for EU consumers: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights you have as a consumer under the law of your EU member state. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory consumer protection law in your country, that law prevails.
Price transparency: All prices displayed include applicable information about taxes. VAT is calculated at checkout based on your location as required by EU VAT rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, except where mandatory local consumer protection law applies (including for EU/EEA residents as described in Section 9). Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California, subject to any mandatory local jurisdiction rules.
